I recently purchased a house  in Schenectady, NY which had been vacant and unheated for over two years.  There was extensive black mold on the walls and ceilings of the first floor and on the block walls and joists of the basement.  Eric Katz of Advantage Service Group sprayed the mold and it virtually disappeared.  I would get nauseous in the house prior to the mold remediation, but after Eric was through and the air was "clear"  there are no signs that the mold ever existed.  I thank Eric Katz for the great service!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the excellent service, pricing, and workmanship of Eric Katz. In the midst of selling our home the inspection showed mold in our attic resulting in the buyers backing out of the contract. We had another interested buyer but had to move quickly to correct the problem in order to sell our home. Eric literally saved the deal on our house even speaking to the potential buyer to assure him that the problem was fixed. In the most horrid of weather he not only fixed the mold problem but installed new soffits and ventilation outside. We would recommend him highly!!!!!
